In RFK Funeral Train, Paul Fusco documents the funeral train procession. Despite the hot weather, hundreds of thousands of people stood along the train tracks waiting to pay their respects.

For me, photography affirms reality, but does not explain it. Part of its strength lies in its ambiguity, its suggestiveness. I embrace that strength of photography rather than worrying about its weaknesses.
